LMS Process Day at Spherea

As part of our Lean Management System (LMS) Process Day, we systematically reviewed our processes for efficiency and target orientation. The aim was to ensure that our processes are not only lean and efficient, but also make a clear contribution to achieving our corporate goals for 2025. We also focussed on the ten principles of the UN Global Compact and how our processes support them.
