“Duales Studium”

Electrical Engineering & Embedded Systems

In cooperation with the DHBW Stuttgart, we offer a dual study program in electrical engineering or embedded systems!

The course starts every year in October and takes 6 semesters to complete. During the course, three-month theoretical phases, which are completed at the DHBW cooperative university in Stuttgart, alternate with three-month practical phases at Spherea in Ulm.

Study with practical experience

In cooperation with Ulm University of Applied Sciences, Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and Kempten University of Applied Sciences, we offer studies with in-depth practical experience!

Would you like to supplement your studies with practical phases at SPHEREA without extending the duration of your studies? Then the study programme with in-depth practical experience is just the right thing for you. Here, the teaching at the university is supplemented and combined with intensive practice at our company. Work phases at the university and in the lecture-free period at our company alternate, so that the Bachelor’s degree includes almost 40% practical experience.

We would like to get to know you in the interview and also introduce you to SPHEREA. With the help of a question matrix we will check your knowledge and skills that are necessary for the position.
Decision
After the evaluation of the Job Interview we will inform you about the decision.
Contract Offer
In case of a positive response, you will receive a contract offer directly.
Onboarding
During your first days at SPHEREA, you will have a mentor at your side who will explain everything you need to know.
Training Plan
The individual training plan supports you to get to know all areas of SPHEREA and to familiarize yourself optimally with your position.
Probationary period interview
At the end of the first 3 months, you will have a probationary period interview with your manager to clarify any open points or questions.
Employee Interview
A mentoring plan, a development plan or required training courses are defined together with the manager in the semi-annual employee interview.
