National framework agreement
SPHEREA concluded a framework agreement with the Procurement Authority of the German Armed Forces (BAAINBw) covering technical-logistical support (TLB) and maintenance (IRV) on site as well as in the company.

Project description
The German Forces operates test systems from SPHEREA on different platforms at national and international sites. To ensure availability of the systems, two maintenance framework agreements (IRV) for support on German Forces sites as well as at our plant were signed. These agreements enable us to perform scheduled maintenance as e.g. calibrations or inspections after operating hours as well as carrying out timely repairs of defect systems at a German Forces site or in our plant.

As a developer and manufacturer of test systems, we bear the responsibility for the preservation and further development of our test systems. This includes for example technical support services as adaption of documents or on-site support, obsolescence management, drafting of an expert’s opinion and much more. These technical logistic support services are defined and described within the support service catalog (BLK) of the German Forces. To enable SPHEREA to carry out this services, a technical logistic support contract was signed by Federal Republic of Germany, represented by Federal Office of Equipment, Information Technology and In-Service Support (BAAINBw), and SPHEREA.
