SPHEREA was part of the summit meeting of world market leaders on 29th – 30th of January 2020. This meeting, with its approximately 500 participants, is the largest meeting of actual and potential world market leaders, consultants and decision-makers in Germany. In addition to topics such as corporate responsibility in climate change, the balance between tradition and technology, SPHEREA was also interested in discussing the success factors of medium-sized companies: People, politics and innovation.
SPHEREA GmbH is looking forward to take off with social media in the year 2020 and is now represented on Xing, LinkedIn and Instagram.

Martin Kugelmann was appointed to the Senate of the German Economy. He represents Spherea GmbH as a senator in the senate. The certificate of appointment was overhanded at the annual convention of the Senate on 30 November at the Maximilianeum (Bavarian Parliament) in Munich by the President of the Senate of Economics, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Franz Josef Radermacher.
The Senate of the Economy is composed of personalities from business, science and society who are particularly aware of their responsibility towards the state and society. Together, they contribute to the practical implementation of the common good-oriented goals of sustainability in the sense of the eco-social market economy. The Senate of Economics thus revives the traditional idea of the senates in ancient times. To help people in difficult life situation, SPHEREA supports the Tafelläden Ulm, Alb-Donau-Kreis and Ulm’s kleine Spatzen each with a donation of 2.500,00 Euro.
The non-profit organization “Tafel” creates a balance between food surplus and food shortage: the voluntary staff collects good-quality food which would end up in the garbage and sells it to authorized people. (Quelle: drk-ulm.de)

Last week SPHEREA opened the new premises on another floor of the Plaza Center in Ulm, Söflingen. Since the spin-off from Airbus Group in 2016, the number of SPHEREA employees has more than doubled, so that the previous office space has become too small. With this step to more office space, SPHEREA is now “Ready 2 grow” further.

From 29th to 31st October 2019 the annual event “Combat Helicopter” with the new name “Global Defence Helicopter” will take place, for the 7th time, in Dresden Germany. International operators, program teams, technical specialists and the industry will meet at this exhibition to take stock of the latest operational, training and program trends and exchange ideas and experience. SPHEREA is also one of the exhibitor. We would be delighted to present our product portfolio to you personally. At our stand you will find everything about customer-specific, digitized testing and simulation systems in complex, electronic and safety-critical environments.

We would like to thank all participants of the SPHEREA Forum 2019. The Forum was a complete success! Altogether we could welcome over 170 of our customers, partners and suppliers of railway technology, the military, the aircraft industry, various industry associations and Spherea employees.
In addition to the panel discussion, exciting presentations, a product show and various workshops on the subject of “Availability of different platforms” took place and there was plenty of time to exchange ideas and experiences.
Many thanks also to our employees, because without the energetic support of each individual, such an event would not be possible.
The project FIFAA „Fit for the working world with autism“ supports people with autism to start their working life. Social communication is expected in today’s working life however people with autism pay less attention to social signals and more to small details.
The aim of the project FIFAA is to help autistic people to make a smooth transition from education to work by improving compensation strategies and to support the company by hiring autistic people.
